Just disgusting. The midrange game Ant has unlocked this year has been so fun to watch.

He promised to work on it last summer. Wonder what this summer will add.

It's honestly the most ridiculous part of his ascent. After every season he says he's going to focus on refining one part of his game, and every single time it becomes elite the next year. Literally every time.

Very Giannis-esque

u/silaber Timberwolves 7h ago

He finna grow 6 inches and put on 30lbs of pure muscle.

Anything is possible if he put his mind to it.

Hopefully free throw shooting.

8

u/bobbywellington Timberwolves 7h ago

Lets have him work on getting up to 5-6 assists a game

Table tennis backhand.

If he was a scientist, god knows where we would be now

I love Ant, but it's scary when he focuses on an aspect of his game. I thought it was talk until he said he was going to work on his three game. He became the best three shooter in the game, and at high volume. I just trust him at this point. This motherfucker can do anything on the court if he sets his mind to it.

Someone has to post the clip where he breaks Scottie’s ankles so fucking bad Scottie resorts to football lmao

60

u/shangalang69 Raptors 9h ago

that was good defence i can't lie, only dpoy level guys would dive tackle from behind to stop the bucket

7

u/NorthernDevil Timberwolves 6h ago

Prob shoulda been a flagrant but it was too funny (and Ant was fine) to be that mad

Undebatably the clutch player of the year ngl. Somebody got post the iso of him and Scottie where he breaks bro’s ankles and then gets fouled.

76

u/19degreez Raptors 9h ago

5

u/ZookeepergameKey6853 9h ago

Edwards is an absolute beast

Minnesota finally snapped the 22 year losing streak in Toronto

17

u/syrianfries 9h ago

I’m sorry 22 years????

u/AchtungZboom Timberwolves 8h ago

Banner being worked on right now.

Did he stutter?

7

u/pollinium [MIN] Tyus Jones 6h ago

22 years but only 21 games iirc

we beat the Raptors when they had a "home" game in Tampa

5

u/InteractionSudden306 Timberwolves 8h ago

Our losing streak bought itself a beer to celebrate

u/shangalang69 Raptors 9h ago

CPOTY easily, dude fried everyone on our team in the clutch

We played him really really well until that point for what its worth though lol

u/Unfrozen__Caveman Timberwolves 5h ago

Should have seen the game thread in our sub. We were ready to pack it in at half time with how good you guys were playing.

1

u/shangalang69 Raptors 3h ago

lol i happen to lurk opposing team's game threads just for funsies, and your team is prone to some crazy shit so your thread was hilarious

we definitely were playing really well, i was so surprised at how well we did taking away ant and randle for pretty much the whole match... even tho divo and bones fried us

those turnovers in the 4th were pretty crazy

35

u/timberwolvesguy Timberwolves 9h ago

This is why so many players want to play in Minny

15

u/aspirinforcereal Timberwolves 9h ago

Hang it in the Louvre!

Crazy night of basketball

7

u/LearnedDragon 9h ago

So him. Love watching him play.

6

u/Witty-Stock Timberwolves 9h ago

Sometimes the defenders just have to tip their cap. Defense was really good there.

8

u/Active_University403 9h ago

As a Raptors fan, what the fuck are we doing constantly blowing 10+ point leads this team is unbelievable

8

u/Jwarrior521 Raptors 9h ago

I mean

- Horrible Darko rotations

- RJ and Shead turning the ball over 4 times in the last 3 minutes

- Atrocious roster fit and horrible contracts handicapping the team

Take your pick

3

u/TMaier16 8h ago

The no BI or Scottie rotation to start the 4th lost us our lead. Then the turnovers by Shead and RJ gave the Wolves the win

3

u/canadianRSK Raptors 8h ago

I was at the game and moving scottoe off ant allowed him to get going. Rj was doing enough on randle and scottie shut dowm ant the first half

3

u/ZookeepergameKey6853 9h ago

clutch ant has been doing that to many teams this season.yall not the only ones blowinng leads

4

u/bladebrigade 9h ago

its called a fake rebuild and masai ruining the team

please blow it up bobby this team is disgusting

5

u/LeeShakerMoneyMaker Timberwolves 8h ago

This is why Giannis wants to come here.

5

u/PlasticSprinkles4677 9h ago

That break is nasty

6

u/SpiritualWord4318 9h ago

Are we sure he isn't MJ's son?

7

u/chillPenguin17 8h ago

Not in his prime yet, wow. Not sure I'd build a franchise around anyone over him

2

u/Master_Bee_5350 Timberwolves 9h ago

Edit. Sorry right foot
